Cancellations of confirmed places are accepted
up to 20 business days prior to the start of the course, with the exception
of our Wine Enthusiast classes. You may cancel a Wine Enthusiast class 10 business days prior to the start of the course.. A cancellation fee of $25 will be charged plus the full cost of study and exam materials
supplied will be deducted and the remainder of the course fee returned. If a confirmed course booking is cancelled, for whatever
reason, during the 20 business days prior to the start of the course, or at any time after the start of the course, no refund
or transfer of the course fees will be made. Your registration is fully transferable to another person for the same course
and session, subject to qualification.
If you are not able to take your French Wine Scholar, WSET Intermediate
or Advanced Certificate examination on the scheduled date, you may participate in the next scheduled exam, space permitting
unless you give us 11 business days notice (for WSET) and five business days notice (French Wine Scholar) that you will not
sit the exam on your original date, additional fees apply. If you want to arrange for a private make-up exam at another time,
proctor fees apply in addition to any exam fees.
